SNIFF LOGIC LTD RETURNS AND WARRANTY

RETURNS

 

We have a 30-day “no questions asked“ return-policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item/s to request a return without providing any justification.

To return a product, you must first email us at support@snifflogic.com to receive a return verification number.  In your email, please include proof of purchase, and specify why you are returning the order.

 

If you decide to return a product just because you changed your mind about purchasing it, you will need to mail it to us by currier only (either FedEx, DHL, or UPS), and at your expense. Once we receive it and determine that it was not damaged by negligence (e.g., put in fire or in water), we will refund your purchase less the original cost of shipping and the cost of the disposable pressure probe (PP1) and extension cords which we cannot recycle. The value of the disposables alone is listed at the shop on www.snifflogic.com

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not (the only case where we will not approve a return is if the items were clearly mistreated). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

If you return a product because it was faulty on arrival, we will provide you with a shipping voucher at our expense. Once we receive the products, if they are indeed faulty and not damaged by negligence (e.g., put in fire or in water), we will immediately ship a new replacement at no cost to you. If, however, the product is not faulty, or was indeed damaged by negligence, we retain the right to charge you for the extra shipping.

 

WARRANTY

 

All Sniff Logic devices have a 12-month warranty. If your product is not functioning for any reason, contact us to support@snifflogic.com, and we will try to remotely assist. If we fail, we will provide you with a shipping voucher at our expense. Once we receive the products, if they are indeed faulty and not damaged by negligence (e.g., put in fire or in water), we will immediately ship a new replacement at no cost to you. If, however, the product is not faulty, or if it was clearly mistreated, we retain the right to charge you for the extra shipping.

 

Never send a device back to Sniff Logic LTD without first communicating with us at support@snifflogic.com and receiving a return verification number. We will not handle a return without such a number.
